i think the black and white works as it contrasts with your normal photos which are predominantly shot in colour. the change in style works goes with the change you've made from the photographer, to the subject (if you don't include the self-portraits). looking forward to seeing some more.
B&W behind the scenes shots always remind me of photos taken on film sets. g-fog has got some great shots here - the focus and depth of field in the hotel lobby one is superb. she's got a good eye for comp too, watch out mark...
