a bathing ape x porter camera bag

a few weeks ago i showed you the only bathing ape x porter camera bag in the country.

such was the demand for this bag that they were queuing outside the 

bape shops in japan for hours to get their hands on one. needless to say they sold out in minutes. the london bapestore only received one camera bag in the original green camo.

well, i guess by now you know who bought it.

oh come on... have a guess 

as usual with bape, the details are spot-on

even the tags are quality.

if you know porter you know that they are the best. if you don't know 

then honestly, you should check them out... they make unbelievably good bags.

amazing quality bags and accessories in a wide range of colours and materials.

in london there are maybe 3 places that occasionally stock porter products.

you rarely see them being carried by anybody. yet in japan they stock porter

items in department stores. on the subway in tokyo you'll see schoolkids,
businessmen and housewives all carrying porter bags. it seems that in tokyo
they are standard bags but in the uk they are a luxury item.








this camera bag has the trademark porter orange lining

and is well padded inside.








both bape and porter like the odd logo tag

the reverse of the bag shows the ape head camo

the first and best of bape's camos over the years.








another detail is the pocket which is hidden away in each side of the strap

and two decent pockets at the front of the bag

all in all a cracking camera bag. it will hold my x100, gf1 and a couple of extra lenses.
maybe even a can of dandelion and burdock and a twix too.
