self-portraits in restaurants ( part 1 )

by now you should know that the things i like to
photograph most of all are:

                                                         1. my trainers
                                                         2. coffee
                                                         3. me

so it was lucky for me the other day when i found a load
of self-portraits from when i was shooting a restaurant
guide for tatler a few years ago.

brace yourself, i have loads of these.
i'll try to remember the restaurants and comment on my
clothes, kicks and watches

i think this was in windows at the hilton hotel
( nike air force 1 year of the dog trainers )

this is in the same restaurant, but showing the killer view.

this one was in leon at knightsbridge
looks like it was taken on the same day.
my 'round the houses' were from paul smith.

this was in a chip shop which was highly rated.
i think it was in camberwell... not very tatler
the prints were for sale. i wish i'd bought one.

nice background in this place. it was a japanese place
at the paddington basin.
prada top. evisu jeans.

i think this was in lancashire court
i'm sporting some silver marc jacobs vans and a big old
breitling in this pic. looks like i'm also using the
'uncle rico' pose !

this was in a vegetarian indian restaurant just off the kings road.
grrr ! i loved that t-shirt. i bought it on a bankok airways
flight from bangkok to koh samui. after one wash it shrunk
to the size of an action man t-shirt.

then i got my hair cut and did this place just off savile row
puma mongolian bbq trainers

this place was hamburger union or something like that...
it was in hampstead but closed down last year.
i think i was wearing orange kaws / bapestas on this shoot
( i remember because i spilled my coffee over them... bad times ! )

yes, this was the same day. same polo shirt and ikepod watch
no idea where this is though. it says 'welcome to the bull'
on the blackboard. it looks like it's one of those restaurants
that are on the first floor above a pub.

this was in a pub out in west london. notting hill-ish.
silver marc jacobs vans, marc jacobs trousers and a bape tee.
perfect.

this was in the same place
i remember liking the wallpaper on the left, very much.
so much so that i took a close-up photo of it...
very nice.
