various things

st david's day meal last night...

i decided not to make cawl, so jackie came up with this
cod in breadcrumbs, fried potatoes and leeks.
great stuff.

in the evening i had to search through all my hard drives
looking for photo's for a pitch that a client is doing this week.

i found some cracking old pics including this self-portrait
taken the last time i went snowboarding.
it was in whistler about 4 years ago

from snow to sunshine... today was a beautiful day in
the capital and i had this coffee sitting outside a deli in
westbourne grove
that's right... sitting outside with a t-shirt and no coat.
goodbye winter, hello spring.

in the afternoon i met up with this character...
some people know him as the sixth beatle.
he's a man of mystery, an elusive enigma.
a well respected time-traveller, raconteur and
a useful bloke to have on your pubquiz team if there
are questions about the 1960's

get well soon gerry.

  2. what ? did you really think gerry was going to start dressing in track suits and other up to date garments and wear a baseball cap ?

no... gerry fears change. he feels safe in a west london public house where he can dress in olive green corduroy and keep an eye on the door in case marianne faithful pops in for a pint and a mars bar.
