shoot in ramsgate

on friday i had a shoot in ramsgate.
i started off from whitfield towers very early in the morning.
somewhere along the a2 i got the munchies and stopped off
for breakfast at this fine establishment... the brenley snack bar.
fantastic !
( i liked the phone box which had been reversed into at some point by a lorry )
the cafe itself is like a castle isn't it ? solidly built and flying not one, but two flags.
i stopped briefly to salute, then entered.

i wasn't up to the big boy breakfast, so i opted for this...
keeping it old school with a bacon and egg sandwich.

on the other side of the dual carriageway was a smaller snack bar
only equipped with one flag.

i arrived at ramsgate good and early so i had a walk around and
shot this montage at the harbour with my iphone
i like the seagull in flight on the right hand side.

it was pretty cold so i stopped in at a place called 'miles' for
a hot chocolate.
it really hit the spot.

then a walk through the town to the restaurant i was shooting at.
on the way i spotted this offer...

hmmm... tempting...

the shoot went well and naturally enough i found time to knock
out the traditional self-portrait
have a good week-end everybody !
