discussing north london with heath

i met up with my friend heath at melrose and morgan yesterday.
we had important business to discuss.

after the christmas number one, iphone camera quality, holiday etiquette,
american airlines and american tourists issues were sorted, we posed up
for an official end of year north london boss portrait.

heath insisted on having a solo portrait, then let himself and the whole
of north london down by wearing a smile ( of sorts )
lord knows what he was thinking of with the hand gesture too

i decided it was time to step in and show the man how to pose like a boss
textbook stuff from me, but look at heath...
he has not extended his fingers. this is either a schoolboy error or a direct
insult to me.

after quickly reviewing the above image i thought it would make a better
shot if i stood against the brick background with heath against the black.
this photo is pretty much only for the ladies.
it would not look out of place on any calendar representing the month
of december... two miserable blokes staring at you for 31 days...
it's the gift that keeps on giving.

( look at heath's fingers though... why he continued with this 'bent finger'
pose i have no idea... it spoils the whole shot for me and shows either a lack
of experience or discipline... possibly both )

we agreed to do an official portrait to commemorate the completion of
heath's trial period of operating in north london.
i gave him a friendly handshake and we were all smiles.

before he left to go back and pre-order a few thousand music downloads
from amazon, heath insisted on one final shot of the two of us...
you can take the boy out of south london... etc, etc.
