best restaurant receptionist

i'm quite often shooting in restaurants at a time when phonecalls are coming in for reservations, cancellations and general enquiries.

bearing in mind i've been photographing restaurants for over 15 years...
and have probably photographed every top restaurant in the uk that you can think of...

well i can honestly say that the girl at a restaurant i photographed today was by far most impressive receptionist i've ever met.
she was so polite and pleasant that she took it to another level. she knew the answer to every question that came her way, she was incredibly helpful to each caller and enthusiastic about her job. between calls she was friendly and chatty with the staff, making them coffees.
( yes, she made me a coffee too ) she seemed intelligent, bright, had good manners...

i know people will think it's not a difficult job, but how many times do you call a restaurant and afterwards you think they gave you a hard time or were not very polite ? even at the top restaurants in london sometimes the people on the phones are a little... er... cold ?

i won't name the restaurant in case manchester city swoop in and pay £5 million for her, but it's in the midlands.
natasha, well played. you deserve an award.
