for a special occasion last year, we dined at hibiscus.
the chef is such a nice bloke. i told the waiter about my eating habits and he relayed
it to the kitchen. each course that later came out to me was tailored by the chef to suit
my dietary requirements. what a touch.
the chef even came out and asked if everything was ok...
naturally enough i told him to stop bothering me and to get back in the kitchen.
if ever i'm asked where i've had my best meal in london, i always say, without a doubt...
