breakfast in n7








as you may know, i'm on a bit of a health kick.
no more fry-ups for me in the morning.

this is a breakfast i put together last week

sneak a few pears into a bowl

chop up a pineapple into cubes...
or buy some pineapple cubes from waitrose and chuck them in.

lob in a few grapes.
my ocd insisted that i put in 5 of both types

chop up a banana. add it to the bowl and sprinkle some blueberries on top
( chilean blueberries are my favourite )

badly throw some greek yoghurt on top of all the fruit

pour some welsh honey over the top and it's game on.


tuck in with a big spoon while listening to bobby womack and
wishing you were eating a full english breakfast instead.
