so, today's my birthday and the start of a new healthy eating regime.
no more fry-ups, no more churros. today i'm kicking it along with porridge.
i bought this fine tub of porridge from leon, just behind the tate modern.
check it out... porridge with blueberries and honey.
this was a cracking effort from leon. right up there with the best.
