i was shooting interiors , portraits and food at the french laundry pop-up last week.
chef thomas keller as i have mentioned previously is a bit of a genius.
( perhaps i'll show you some of his dishes in a later post )
he is also one of the nicest, politest chefs i've met.
here he is giving his team a little pep talk in the staff briefing just before service.
i should say a big thank-you to thomas for finding time for me during his hectic schedule.

( almost capital letters big ) to el for getting me involved in the first place.
