let me explain about the nordic bakery.
this is my usual order. a latte and a biscuit.

the latte is decent to say the least. well above industry standard.
it conforms to all regulations, then takes it up a notch.
the biscuit...
timing is essential with this. if you get it when it's fresh from the bakery in the
basement, it's absolutely genius... still warm with melty bits of chocolate.
